Fees

Fees are determined based on various factors such as complexity, time required, and the type of service provided. Fees are consistent with other licensed neuropsychologists locally and nationwide.  

Fees are collected at the time of service.

Insurance

Seaside Neuropsychology is considered an “out-of-network” provider. A portion of our fees may be covered by your deductible. We encourage you to check your coverage (including telehealth) with your insurance company.

You are responsible for paying the full fee upfront at the time of service. You will receive an itemized invoice and a detailed statement of fees or a "superbill" that you can use to obtain reimbursement, if you choose.
